Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
By booking with N Creations Photography, you accept our terms and agree to all the conditions outlined on this page and related policies.
2. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable advance. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation.
3. Payment Policy
Full payment is required prior to the delivery of final images and videos. EMI options are available via Razorpay with eligible cards and terms.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services, but refunds are subject to the Cancellation Policy.
5. Refund Policy
In the case of eligible cancellations or service failures, refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Changes & Rescheduling
Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. We do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee availability.
7. Deliverables
Final deliverables (albums, videos, etc.) will be delivered as per the package timelines. Delay in client-side selection may extend the delivery time.
8. Image Rights
We may use selected images or videos for promotional purposes. Clients can opt out in writing before the shoot.
9. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate schedules, venue details, and permissions required for equipment use (e.g., drones).
10. Liability
We strive to provide the best quality but are not liable for issues arising from external disruptions (e.g., weather, venue constraints, equipment failure).
